Whether you want to hire Hammersmith Club for a Birthday Party, Christening, Christmas Party, Retirement Party or Funeral Reception we are happy to accommodate you. Furthermore, we never host more than one party a day in our Ball Room thus ensuring our total dedication to you, your guests and most importantly ... your Expectations.
Evening Or Day Buffets
Make use of our Day or Evening buffets. Our food can be served in the Mezzanine area, Stage Area or within the main floor. Your menu options for the buffet will be discussed with you when you book your party. All catering options are at an additional cost.
Entertainment
Because of the many forms of entertainment a stage offers it can be difficult to choose. We can recommend DJ's, musicians, bands, discos and Comedians to suit any taste. Please contact us to discuss this. Alternatively if you have a specific requirement we will need to discuss it with you prior to booking the venue.
Capacity
Hammersmith Club accommodates up to 125 seated guests in the format agreed. Or 200 Standing.
Dedicated Bar
A dedicated bar is available for your guests. We will always make sure we have enough bar staff to never keep your guests waiting. Just let us know the number of guests and we'll do the rest...
Bring Your Own
Food
Here at Hammersmith Club we like to provide you with options. Therefore we are open to negotiation when it comes to you bringing your own food and entertainment. On the other hand, we are also aware that organising a party can be stressful too; so if you would like us to organise the entertainment, Catering etc. we would be more than happy to try and help...
