Every Wedding Reception at Hammersmith Club Venue is unique and we will work with you to ensure your day is unforgettable. This guide to the perfect reception is only a loose framework which can be tailored to your exact requirements. Celebrate your wedding in our grand hall under those illustrious vaulted ceilings and make use of our stage for a Live Band or Comedian. Do something different here at the Hammersmith Club. When you are planning that stunning once in a lifetime event, you will want a setting that is not just a blank backdrop to the flowers and champagne, but an exquisitely dressed stage that will make your big day unforgettable. We never host more than one wedding a day thus ensuring our total dedication to you, your guests and most importantly ... your dreams.
Wedding receptions at Hammersmith Club can begin with Guest Welcome Drinks and non-alcoholic alternatives for children. We can also provide Canapés on arrival. However, if you wish to only have a buffet then the choice is yours! All catering options are at an additional cost.
Make use of our Day or Evening Wedding Reception buffets, a great alternative to the usual Wedding Breakfast. Our food can be served in the Mezzanine area, Stage Area or in the main floor. Your menu options for the buffet will be discussed with you when you plan your reception. See, Bring your Own Food and Drink for further scope... All catering options are at an additional cost.
Because of the many forms of entertainment a stage provides you with it can be a difficult choice. We can recommend musicians, bands, discos and Comedians to suit any taste. Please contact us to discuss this. Alternatively if you have a specific requirement we will need to discuss it with you prior to booking the venue.
Please note that evening entertainment must finish by 12.00am on Fridays and Saturdays (11.00pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays) And 11.00pm Monday - Thursday.
A dedicated bar is available for wedding guests. Last orders are between 11.00pm and 12.00pm depending on the day of the week. We will always make sure we have enough bar staff to never keep your guests waiting. Just let us know the number of guests and we'll do the rest...

Here at Hammersmith Club we like to provide our happy couple with options. We know Weddings can end up being one of the most expensive times of your life. Therefore we are open to negotiation when it comes to you bringing your own food, wine and entertainment. On the other hand, we are also aware that organising your big day can be stressful too; so if you would like us to organise the entertainment, Catering etc. we would be more than happy to try and help...

Your event can be held on any day of the week and at any time of day subject to prior arrangement.

Any day falling on a bank holiday is charged at the Saturday tariff.

There is a 25% deposit on any booking.
|

Final payment less deposit is required 14 days before the event..

The tariff gives you use of the entire Ball Room of the Club and grounds for the reception from midday until midnight. |
Hammersmith Club accommodates up to 125 seated guests in the format agreed. Or 200 Standing.
